Thai Shrimp Curry with Verde Mild Salsa

I mean it when I say it’s delicious, it’s delicious😋 Thai Curry with my Verde Mild salsa and Shrimp. You can always substitute your favorite protein for other options. This is a must dish for good impressions.

INGREDIENTS

Half of Red Onion chopped

6 garlic cloves minced

1/2 tsp ginger

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup Sabor de Paulita Verde Mild

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon lemongrass

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

Half a lime

Chili flakes

Mushrooms

Bell peppers

Green onions

Shrimps

Thai Basil legs for perfect garnish 👍

Substituted Thai green curry paste with my salsa and taste just fine


To start grill your onions, ginger, and garlic until aromatic and nicely sautéed. Add in coconut milk, salsa Verde, fish sauce, lemongrass, sugar, lime, salt, chili flakes combine and mix. Then add in bell peppers, mushrooms, shrimp ( which I garnished with sesame seeds), and green onions. Let cook for about 5-7 minutes until shrimp and peppers are nice and soft and shrimp is cooked. Garnish with Thai basil
