Cauliflower Curry With Quemada Medium

Transformed my salsa/meal into Indian Cauliflower Curry and I’m blown away by how authentic it tastes!














INGREDIENTS

1/4 tsp Kashmiri

1/4 tsp curry powder

1/5 tsp turmeric

1/5 tsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup Sabor de Paulita medium Quemada

1/4 cup heavy cream

*As desired*Cauliflower, bell peppers, garlic, onion, curry leaves 🍃 sautéed first with olive oil


First start off by sautéing garlic, red onions and bell peppers with olive oil on med heat. Add in cauliflower, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Kashmiri spice, curry powder, turmeric, brown sugar, and salt. Then add in Sabor de Paulita's Quemada medium salsa with heavy cream and stir until all is mixed. Let sit on med-low heat for 5 minutes to bring together the sauce and spices. Add curry leaves at the end for garnish. Enjoy!
